I’m Dr. Jay Moore. I spent over a decade working on benefit design and insurance plans with SSM Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, a startup called Paytient, and Walmart Health. I’ve spoken with employer groups ranging from 2 people to 2 million people and helped them make decisions about benefit plans.

Two things I’ve learned:

  • You’ve seen one employer group, you’ve seen one employer group. They’re all unique, they all have things that are going great and things that are big headaches, and they all deserve special time and attention.

  • There’s no way that one doctor (me) with one practice (this one) is going to solve all the problems that your groups are bringing to you. I’ve talked to enough point solutions who are trying to “change healthcare” to understand what works and what doesn’t.
